      Description

      When doing Studio Designer configuration, hot reload takes too long to perform when all you did is changes to some HTML files. It should be almost instantly available to make configuration more efficient.

      With this change, by activating a specific mode in the Nuxeo Browser Development Extension, any change made to your resources in Studio Designer (for instance when editing layouts) will show up as soon as you hit refresh your browser.
