Move current branch as the first result in branch listing

Currently, all branches listed on Branch Management screen are listed as lexicographical order, even the current branch. It's not practical at all for users to scroll the list and find it.

We should make a distinction between current branch and other branches.

Acceptance criteria:

• Current branch is always on the top
• Other branches are ordered in lexicographical order
