Add browser detection to warn users of unsupported browsers/features

      Goal
      Avoid user from being frustrated over using unsupported browsers on Designer.

      Proposal

      • Detect user agent
      • for any browser other than Chrome or Firefox
        • Info bar displaying:
          Only Chrome and Firefox latest versions are fully supported. You seem to be using another browser: some interfaces may not be usable.
