Fix unwanted commit and push message without changes

Steps to reproduce:

1. using simple commit mode
2. go to https://connect.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/studio/ide?project=nuxeo-routing-default
3. click on Workflow > Process Definitions > ParallelDocumentReview
4. hover over the task whose title is wf.parallelDocumentReview.consolidate.title and and click on the Pencil icon to open the properties of the node
5. go to the Transitions tab
6. click on the Edit button for the validateDocument chain

Studio navigates to the Automation chain screen and displays a message Changes committed and pushed. whereas nothing has been changed or saved
