Modifying an action slot duplicates the action

Using Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94

Reproduction steps:

• in VD, create a custom action in the UI/Actions tab then save it
• go edit back your action
• modify the slot (for instance switching from "Document Actions" to "Results Selection Actions") then save it
• go back to "UI/Actions" tab

=> you have two actions with the same name, one for both slot you selected

EXPECTED

• A single action should be there after edit
