Hide show actions in document definition when JSF is not active

The two actions "Show create child action" and "Show view tab" are not used by webui.

• For TP 8,10+ when JSF UI is not activated
• Hide "Show create child action" and "Show view tab" when Folderish facet is checked for a given document type.
• Do not add these options to the generated XML.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

• Options are hidden when using TP 8.10+, in a folderish doctype and JSF UI is not activated.
  • Related XML is not generated, but it doesn't prevent hot reload.
• Options are shown when using TP 8.10+, in a folderish doctype and JSF UI is activated.
  • Related XML is generated and after a hot reload, actions are visible if requested.
• Options are shown when using TP <=7.10, in a folderish doctype.
  • Related XML is generated and after a hot reload, actions are visible if requested.
