Refactor nuxeo-element-preview and nuxeo-data-table-preview

      Description

      Due to the migration of nuxeo-web-ui to Polymer 2, somes changes were required to properly maintain the previews of both generic element and data-table elements.

      We should refactor these changes and extract a set of templates that can imported and reused by the preview, instead of relying on dependent code in these elements.
