Fix sign in popup when connectivity is lost in modeler

• Log in and access studio modeler (tab2)
• open connect in another tab (tab2)
• log out from tab2
• work in modeler in tab1 and save

=> a sign in popup is shown that feels like phishing
=> popup can't be closed (video attached shows at some point that trying to press escape closes the studio config popup below but not the sign in popup)
=> when entering info, auth fails anyway

Expected:

• When connectivity is lost a proper solution should be set up as described in NXS-3849
• This popup should not appear anymore
