Fix feature selection in the designer conceptual tree

When selecting the title of a non-leaf node of the designer conceptual tree, the opening/closing node behaviour is triggered. This should only be the case if the user clicks the arrow symbol. The goal is to fix this, maintaining a coherent behaviour with the resource tree.
