Fix conflict resolution in Designer after the Polymer 2 upgrade

      Description

      After the upgrade to Polymer 2 (hybrid mode) the conflict resolution dialog in Designer fails to open. The following error appears on the browser console:

      Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read property 'querySelector' of undefined
  at HTMLElement.<anonymous> (nuxeo-view-designer.html:758)
