Add Polymer 2 support for catalog and hint generator

      Description

      Due to the upgrade of nuxeo-elements and nuxeo-ui-elements to Polymer 2.0 using ES6 syntax (ELEMENTS-505, ELEMENTS-635, ELEMENTS-638), we should update Designer's catalog and hint generators. Without updating the mechanism, Designer editors no longer can provide hints and context support.

      This should start by migrating from polymer-hidrolysis to the new polymer-analyzer, but maintaining the old docs format to keep consistency for now.
