Add registries for package dependencies used in app def

      Description

      As a user,
      I want to have the direct dependencies of my selected packages loaded automatically,
      So that I can configure my application with all its dependencies at once.

      Notes:

      • Transitive dependencies are not handled here (kept out of scope to prevent having to deal with potential circular dependencies risk)
      • Optional dependencies are not handled here, only mandatory dependencies
