Warn user about missing packages in application definition

Using application definition

• If some packages do not exist when selecting a new TP, validation errors are shown, saying:

Package [Package Title] is not available for this Nuxeo Platform version.

• Ignoring the validation errors should not prevent the package from being built, but non-existing packages should not be added to the dependencies
