Can't rename custom document if only modifying case

• Create a custom document named custom
• From the list of custom documents, click on the rename icon next to the custom document just created
• Rename the document Custom
  • document already exists, can't rename it

Workaround:

• Rename it to something completely different, eg/ banana then rename to Custom
• or, delete and create it again
