display navigation action to layouts on models (studio modeler)

To provide a faster user flow, we need to provide direct links from model configuration to corresponding layout configuration.

On each modeler editor, have a link to the corresponding model layout definition

• Each document type editor
• Each page provider editor
• Each workflow editor

Link should be placed on top right.
These should not be visible when Designer not available.
