Update list view layout

The info and actions in each list-item are becoming confusing, it needs some update:

• buttons should be labeled, no icons, light background, and displayed on hover.
• the category should be next to the label on the left side, not next to actions.
• deactivated list item should have a "disabled" attribute or class to style them: background, opacity.
