Add create contribution button to page provider layout area

After a user creates a page provider form and a result layout, allow the user to create contributions to that specific page provider.

Contributions

• Left Menu Search Item
• Document Listing Page
• Menu Listing Item

Notes

• If it is possible, send data to fill out forms
  • like page provider name (search name)

Layout schema
The add contribution show read : "Create contribution for this search"
And below and center present the list of contributions :
