Add bound contributions to Page Provider list

In order to be easy for the user to understand what can be done or is already in place with page providers in Web UI, add a list of UI contributions on bottom the page provider screen.

Each item

• Icon of contribution
• Contribution name
• On click/tap, navigate to contribution editor
• Also, edit action (like for other list items) to allow navigation to contribution editor (so it is explicit)
• Delete action (like for other list items) to remove contribution

Contribution scope

• Left menu search items for the page provider
• Document search pages for page provider
• Menu item search pages for page provider
