Provide a better mechanism when user session expired

Currently, when user session is closed (timeout), there's no prompt up message or other mechanism to notify the changes. When user tried to do some changes, then he retrieves errors about web resources which required an open user session; some progress bars might repeat infinitely. These behaviours make user think that these are server bugs... A better solution is to notify user that his session has expired and he need to sign in again.
