Fix missing doctypes in Studio registries

SITUATION
Document types:

• "Collection"
• "Collections"
  are missing in Studio for TPs 7.10+

TODO

• Extract missing doctypes information and add them to the Studio registries

HOW TO TEST

• Use TP 7.10
• Create a doctype extending Collection
  => Document has the same facets / schemas as seen in the explorer (e.g. for 7.10: http://explorer.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/distribution/Nuxeo%20DM-7.10/viewComponent/org.nuxeo.ecm.collections.schemas )

• Switch to every TP above 7.10
  => Missing doctype is still there

• Switch TP to 6.0
  => Collection / Collections doctypes should not be available

• Repeat the steps above for other missing doctypes
