Registry Endpoint should exclude target-platform stuff

      Description

      For now, registry endpoint is returning indistinctly current branch Studio contributed stuff and what is defined in the associated Target Platform.

      In the case of Nuxeo CLI, we do not need what is by default in the platform as we already have them in Nuxeo sources.
