Unify editor's tool bar

      Description

      Goal
      All editors both Designer and Modeler should have the same looking tool bar.

      Bar Specs

      • Title: Editors title. By now, in VD, it is shown the resource name. This should change to editor title.
      • Git actions: Same buttons in Studio right now. They will not be present in Designer for now.
      • Discard: Same as discard in Modeler and revert in Designer.
      • Save: Same as what we have now on both.

      In Designer, a new action should be present as a link to resource (after there is routing)
