Get rid of the versioning rules contributed for each custom doctypes

When creating a new doctype, a new versioning rule is created following the default pattern (initial version to 0.0)

• We need to get rid of those contributions as its going in conflict if we are defining some other default behaviors
  or/and
• we're doing a feature for defining specific rules in the studio UI
