Unify header on Studio and View Designer

goal
Have unified header for View Designer and Studio.

header

• Application name
• Application definition data (server target)
• branch
• pills to navigate between modeler and designer
• user initials

For the View Designer it will require to remove the drawer button from the header and display it in the left column, since it's only related to View Designer and not all the UIs. See mockup below.
