Automatically generate Web UI catalog for the View Designer

      Description

      The goal is to automatically generate the catalog for the View Designer, including all the elements from the Web UI.

      Current catalog generator expects a 'nuxe-web-ui.html' file where the elements available are listed. This is an issue, because all the web-ui elements are inside the 'elements' folder, and the bower components imports of those elements will be pointing to a wrong location.
