Unable to edit a resource due to lock (Remove locking features)

When working in Studio with "advanced features" enabled (branching), and having selected "intermediate" as my commit mode, and having created my own branch and working alone inside it, I sometimes cannot edit/rename an artifact as I see the message that other users are logged in and thus my artifact is locked.

Sometimes just refresh your page to get around it, but not always.
