Layouts Tab > Allow user to filter customized layouts

When you don't have customized any document layout, seeing all the document types + their corresponding layouts are good to learn.

Once you have defined some layouts it would be useful to have a persistent filter that only displays the list of these layouts to be more focus when working on them.
