Application Definition - Handle migration from application dependencies

      Description

      Currently, dependencies selected in application dependencies screen are not visible in application definition screen.

      To go live, the currently selected dependencies have to be kept in the new screen.

      How to demo:

      • In the GWT editor, choose TP LTS 2015 + Virtual navigation + DAM
      • Go to application definition screen
      • Application definition screen shows the correct TP and virtual nav + dam in the packages list
