Refactor filter layout

Filter on pages needs a UIX update.
This filter should be similar to all pages.
We will have different types of pages - document, drawer, main, search, menus, etc - and each page will include browsing means, like pills or menu items. So, in each page type, the filter can be use to different types of contributions. This will be specified on each page.

User Case

• User click on Define Filters -> panel changes to 'edit filters'
• User can define the filters (same functionality already there)
• Nuxeo-filter element is defined accordingly and added to the correct contribution (depends on page type)
• If use clicks Delete filters, 'initial' is shown and nuxeo-filter is reset
