Defined restrictions for resource name creation

Problem
In view designer:

• Go to resources
• Create a new file
• Name it TIAGO-LOLILOL~~#'""
  => Creation crashes (well, that's not surprising)
  => An improvement could be to restrict the filename to avoid such errors, and support tickets about problems on Windows because it disallows some special characters in the filename

Proposal
Check Studio file name restrictions and act accordingly.
Is there are no correct restrictions, create and implement restrictions / validations for both.
