Incorrect loginpage rendering

      Description

      In Studio, using LTS 2016 target platform
      See BrandingInStudio.jpg for the settings, and LoginPage-2.png for the image to display in the login page.

      Expected:

      • The image does not cover all the page and is "centered" (horizontally) and located at 40px (vertically).

      Actual result:

      • The display is not correct (see branding-problem.mp4)
