Discuss simplification of contributing pages and menu items

Most common use case is about creating custom pages and corresponding menu items, pills, etc... so, even if this results in two different slot contributions this should be simplified in terms of UI.

Ability to manage pages and menu items separately should still be available since users might want do declare a page without matching navigation version or just add simple menu item without matching page (ex: external URL).
