Provide a better UX for package selection in application definition screen

Current multi select is great for dev but not suitable for general use.

Selection should display:

• Title
• Short description
• A "Studio integrated" indicator when it's the case

All packages are loaded immediately, and a text box allows a user to filter that list.

Notes:

• It is not possible to select a specific version at this stage => there should be a single entry for each package, no snapshot display
• Private packages are not available for selection at this stage
