JSF decoupling: Fix deployment fragment

In Studio

• Using LTS 2016 TP with no UI
• Revert to the initial commit
• Download and install the Studio package
• Start the server

=> An error is thrown (see attached stack)
=> Source of this error is the Studio jar's deployment-fragment.xml fille:

    <copy from="${bundle.fileName}.tmp/web/nuxeo.war" to="/"/>

=> If JSF decoupling does not imply having this structure, then the deployment-fragment.xml file should be updated accordingly
