Fix delay for hot reload taking into account latest updates

Using a freshly registered project

• Create a branding in Studio
• Deploy using hot reload in the admin center

=> works fine

• Update the branding
• Deploy again using hot reload in the admin center

=> Randomly, the latest updates won't be taken into account (they are not even in the downloaded package)

After ~5 minutes, the error can't be reproduced anymore and everything works fine every time.
