      Description

      For LTS 2016 target, the headerStyle and footerStyle values have to be reviewed:

      • headerStyle can be removed (we don't let the possibility to user to remove the header anymore-
      • footerStyle should be tested to see if the generated `display: none;`css value contains one or two semi-colons. If 2 semicolons are generated the issue should be fixed.
