Can not desactivate default virtual navigations (BySubjectNavigation and ByCoverageNavigation) in a reliable way.

I've tried to override the two existing DirectoryTree elements by creating from Studio two virtual navigations, bySubjectsNavigation and byCoverageNavigation, setting both of them as disabled elements.
This works partially and in a completely random way, possibly depending on the position of generated overidding directoryTree element during deployment.
A correct behavior would be to force the generated DirectoryTreeService extensions to deploy after the existing ones.
