View Designer Integration to Studio

Goal of this epic is that new versions deployed live on Studio also deploy the view designer. It could be nice to find a way so that we can deploy the studio view designer more frequently, at least for now (ie that it deosn't require a full release and deployment of Studio)

• Have an authenticated access to the View Designer, in the context of a given Studio project (display the name of the project somewhere), limited to nuxeo group for now.
• Be able to save HTML files into a project
• Have a way to load already saved ones
• Add Commit / Push controls, following user preference (as in the GWT studio UI)
• Add the edited HTML files to the distributed jar
