Fix buttons partially hidden when new document type with advanced option

      Description

      1. go to Content Model / Document Type
      2. click New
      3. expand Other (advanced)
      4. Ok and Cancel are partially hidden (check partiallyHiddenButtons.png)

      Can be reproduced with either Chrome or Firefox.
