Fix incorrect encoding in the i18n resources

When trying to edit a i18n resource from Studio, some translations contains characters that are not correctling encoded. For instance:

LongLabel=Libell� long

The downloaded file does not contain the bad encoding.

=> fix that or at least investigate why it happens
