Missing manifest symbolic name in the UI

A regression has been introduced with branch management: it is not possible to see the Studio bundle's symbolic name anymore in the UI.

This is needed to easily deploy the Studio project in unit tests from an IDE for instance.

=> Check that the naming pattern is consistent across projects (studio.extensions.MAVEN-ARTIFACT-ID)
=> In application information screen, add a read-only field showing the bundle's symbolic name (studio.extensions.MAVEN-ARTIFACT-ID).
