Show Operation ID in Chain screen

In automation chains, operations label is visible, but not the operation id.

Everywhere else, the operation id is being used :

• In automation scripting
• In the REST API
• in the YAML representation of the chain

=> We should replace the operation label with the operation id in the automation chains screen.
=> A title property with the label should be placed on the operation's div tag to let people check the label if need be.
