Fix display boxes width for activation conditions

In activation conditions, display boxes are not large enough to show the whole information. See screenshots.

A quick fix seems to be setting the table width to 100% and colgroup to 30% as shown in screenshot, but I would recommend checking with Lise for caveats, I did this just to try.

• Workflow activation tab
• User Action activation
• Tabs activation tab
• Event handler activation
