The pom of release performed before BM are not present in the maven repo

• KO: https://connect.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/studio/maven/nuxeo-studio/vif-plim/3.1.71/vif-plim-3.1.71.pom

It used to be generated on the fly.
It's now generated during the release and then returned.

We should iterates over release:

• extract the version
• check there are - or not a pom
• if pom end, else:
• get the maven group in the db
• generate the pom content
• generate the sha1 and md5
