Fix URL constraint regex

The default regex pattern provided in Studio sees valid URLs as invalid.

For instance the following url is refused:
https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=zSEgsPqd7UP4.kUff8fZ9Q388

Alternative regex patterns are extremely complicated and therefore hard to debug.
=> Once NXP-19319 is implemented, leverage it to replace the existing regex in Studio.
