Copy a project in another one

On a regular basis, the support team needs to copy a given project into another one.

We might:

• provide quickly a solution, based for example on a script which would pull/push a project on GitLab, and delete the current workspaces.
• include this need into the bigger reflection around the Application Definition

See if solution may also allow the support team to be able to apply some changes from a project to another.
