View generator

Most of the views used in either our default UI and in other custom applications should be autogenerated from the content model (doctype, schema, facets, etc...) so a view generator should be made available.
This generator can not only be used during packaging, to materialize the views according to the view technology used, but also in the View designer to allow bootstraping custom views.
It would also be interesting to make this generator available "offline" as a Yeoman generator.
