Offline development

Even though Studio will provide a minimal set of tools to support online development many developers will want to use the "offline" tools (editors, IDEs, etc) they're familiar with for development.
By making our view elements available through a npm registry (similar to what we currently to for maven) developers would be able to install them locally, develop their own and then push back their changes to the Studio project.
