Add documentation on Max returned buckets for Terms aggregate

We need to add a help tooltip on the "Max returned buckets" field of the Terms aggregate widget, that says:
"Set to 0 to get all the buckets. This is mandatory when the terms aggregate is rendered as a select widget."
