Provide autocomplete for permission ids

Studio should offer autocomplete for permission ids, in a consistent manner: using the same way than it is already done for nxql / lifecycle options.

• In structure templates
• In automation chains for permission related operations:

  => Document.AddACE:
  => Context.GetEmailsWithPermissionOnDoc:
  => Context.GetUsersGroupIdsWithPermissionOnDoc:

• And other places that may have been forgotten here where a single permission can be chosen

Autocomplete options should be composed of the default platform options + studio permissions registries.
